Today was our first beach day of the summer! Well I should say first full beach day. We’ve been to the local beach a few nights this summer so far, but today we hopped in the car and headed to the Cape.
I’d been trying to go since before the Fourth but it didn’t work out.
We packed the cooler, packed the car and drove to Hyannis, one of our favorite spots. Our favorite beach has nice calm water, perfect for Victoria. There’s an inlet that holds a bunch of blue crabs. I usually go exploring with the boys. It was low tide so we didn’t have much luck.
We went to Spanky’s Clam Shack for lunch them hit the other side of the beach where the water is usually a little more rough. It wasn’t today and we were able to collect a ton of shells.
Can’t wait to go back again!
